That's one of the enigmas with Roger's puzzles. They come with no instructions whatsoever, so a part of the puzzle is figuring out the goal as crazy as it sounds. =) But once (if) I figure it out I will probably update this post with at least a clue to the goal. =) I believe this and the "gardenhose" is ranked as the most difficult Roger puzzles. That’s one of the enigmas with Roger’s puzzles.
